How an engagement runs.

  1. Audit

    Two-week store and stack audit. We pull Triple Whale, Klaviyo, and Shopify reports, score the checkout, and present a fix list ranked by revenue impact.

  2. Migration and architecture

    We map every redirect, freeze the existing data, and stand up staging with full product catalog and customer history imported.

  3. Theme and template build

    Four to six weeks of design and front-end work. We build mobile-first because that is where 70% of DTC traffic and 60% of revenue lives.

  4. Apps, flows, and integrations

    Klaviyo, Postscript, Recharge, Okendo, and the rest of the stack are configured, tested, and signed off before launch.

  5. Launch

    We flip DNS during the lowest-traffic window your reports show. Same-day smoke tests across browsers, devices, and checkout flows.

  6. CRO sprint
