Process

How an engagement runs.

  1. Discovery

Two weeks, paid. We interview operators, map the current workflow, and produce wireframes plus a fixed-bid proposal. Most clients ship discovery as a standalone audit.

  2. Foundation sprint

Sprint one sets up auth, the database, the deploy pipeline, and the first admin screen. You can demo something internal at the end of week four.

  3. Iteration sprints

Two-week cycles. Each sprint opens with a planning call, ships a Loom demo on Friday, and ends with a staging deploy you can pressure-test before merging.

  4. Beta release

Limited rollout to a controlled user group, with feature flags and structured feedback collection. Bugs and rough edges get fixed before general availability.

  5. Production launch

Migration runbook, incident response plan, and a 60-day stability window where we sit on call for issues.

Stack

Tools we run with, by default.

  • Next.js 15
  • TypeScript
  • Postgres
  • Drizzle ORM
  • Supabase
  • Clerk
  • WorkOS
  • tRPC
  • Stripe
  • Inngest
  • Resend
  • Sentry
  • Axiom
  • Vercel
  • Hetzner

We will work in your existing stack when it fits. We swap tools only when the cost of staying is higher than the cost of moving.

Pricing

Transparent, itemized, no day rates.

From $75,000

fixed project

Engagements scale from this floor based on scope. Every proposal is itemized: design, build, content, integrations, and (for marketing engagements) the recommended ad spend modeled separately so you can sanity-check the math.

Timeline

Discovery in 2 weeks, MVP in 10 to 14 weeks, beta to GA in 4 to 8 weeks

For mixed engagements (build + marketing), we bundle the proposal with a single price you can take to the board.

Most clients run two or three of these together.

Stack thinking: paired engagements share one measurement layer, one accountability ledger, and one quarterly business review. That's where the compounding comes from.
