  • Do you build on Asterisk, FreeSWITCH, or both?

    Both. We choose based on workload: Asterisk for flexible dialplan and a deep ecosystem, FreeSWITCH for high-concurrency media handling. We’ve shipped both in production.

  • How do you handle TCPA compliance?

    Abandon-rate enforcement, per-tenant DNC lists, time-zone windowing, consent logging, and retention-controlled call recording — all as first-class features, not bolted-on.

  • Can you integrate with our existing CRM?
