  • How long does a salon POS build take?

    A working MVP in 10–14 weeks: POS, calendar, staff management, card payments, and core reporting. Marketplace and advanced CRM come in a phase 2.

  • Do you use an off-the-shelf POS or build from scratch?

    We build from scratch on a modern stack. Off-the-shelf POS systems are why your existing software doesn’t do what you need. Custom is cheaper over 24 months and infinitely more flexible.

  • How do you handle payments and PCI compliance?

    Stripe and Adyen for card processing — tokenized, SAQ-A compliant. Apple Pay and Google Pay out of the box. Split payouts via Stripe Connect.

  • Can you build both a staff app and a customer marketplace?

    Yes — that’s the iCut model. Staff app for day-to-day operations, customer marketplace for discovery and bookings, shared backend so data flows cleanly between them.

  • What if I already have a booking system?

    We’ll integrate with it (e.g., Fresha, Booksy, Mindbody APIs) or migrate you off it — whichever serves the goal. We’ve done both.

  • Do you handle ongoing operations or just the build?
