How an engagement runs.

    Discovery and KPI definition

    Pipelines and warehouse

    We stand up the warehouse on Postgres or BigQuery and build pipelines that pull from your systems on a schedule. Clean, current data landing automatically is the milestone, before a single chart exists.

    Modeling

    We use dbt to transform raw data into reporting tables that match the agreed KPI definitions, with tests so a broken upstream change gets caught instead of quietly corrupting a dashboard.

    Dashboards

    We build the dashboards in Metabase, Superset, or a custom Recharts UI, tuned to load fast and to let people drill into the number behind the number. Each sprint ends with a working dashboard you can use.

    Rollout and self-serve
